You’re not okay and that’s okay.

It’s okay to hurt.
It’s okay if you don’t have the words, or the map, or even the energy to pretend you’re fine. Pain doesn’t wait for permission. It just arrives—loud, sharp, heavy, or painfully quiet—and suddenly the world feels different than it did before.

If you’re confused, that’s okay.
If you’re angry, that’s okay.
If you feel totally lost, that’s okay.
You don’t have to make sense of any of it today.

Being human means carrying things our hearts were never built to hold alone. And when those things break us open—whether slowly or all at once—it doesn’t mean we’re weak. It means we’re alive. It means something mattered. It means you’re moving through something real.

You don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to justify anything.
You don’t have to “be strong” in the way the world expects.

Right now, it’s okay to be broken. To feel what you feel. To not have answers. To simply exist in the middle of the storm.

This isn’t the end of your story.
But even if you can’t see the next chapter yet, you’re allowed to rest here.
You’re allowed to hurt here.
And you’re allowed to take your time finding your way out.

You’re not failing.
You’re surviving.
And that is enough.
